Hey everyone! Exciting news! My friend is hosting an Afro-centric movie event at Clarence Hall in London this Sunday, and I’d love for you to come out and support him!
This year’s celebration will feature an amazing showcase of Afro-inspired fashion, film, culture, and designs. Last year was an absolute blast with the exhibition, and I’m sure this year will be just as incredible!
As part of the event, they’ll be screening the film ‘Ghosted,’ a delightful RomCom written and produced by my talented friend Jade Asha! We’re so thrilled for her, especially since she’s also a new mom!
There will be food and drinks available, but feel free to bring your own if you’d like. Tickets are free, with an option to donate whatever you can!
To reserve your tickets, you can reach out at [email protected] or check out the Eventbrite link I’ll share below. Hope to see you there!
Hey there! This event sounds amazing—thanks for sharing! I love the focus on Afro-centric culture and the blend of fashion and film. Huge congrats to Jade Asha on her new mom journey and her film ‘Ghosted’! 🎉 I can’t wait to see it and be part of such a vibrant community experience. I’ll definitely look into getting my tickets. Can’t wait for the food and the opportunity to support these wonderful creatives! See you there! 😊🌍✨
What a fantastic initiative! Afro-centric events like this not only celebrate diverse cultures but also foster community connections and understanding. It’s great to hear that this year will include not just film but also fashion and culture, showcasing the richness of Afro-inspired creativity.
I’d encourage attendees to not only enjoy the film ‘Ghosted’ but also engage in conversations with other participants about the themes and stories represented. Also, for anyone who hasn’t seen Jade Asha’s work before, this is a perfect opportunity to support emerging talents in the film industry. I appreciate the model of making attendance free with a donation option; it ensures inclusivity while still supporting the cause. Can’t wait to see the vibrant atmosphere and creative energy this event will undoubtedly bring!
