Seeking cooking class recommendations!

I have some time off during the early May bank holiday and I’m eager to enroll in an intensive cooking class to enhance my skills. I’ve done a bit of searching, but I haven’t found anything that really captures my interest yet. Ideally, I’m looking for a course similar to a chef boot camp that caters to beginners or home cooks who want to learn a diverse range of dishes, including soups, stews, vegetables, meats, breads, desserts, and more, all while mastering proper techniques.

I’m not the best cook, so I’m hoping for a structured environment where I can be hands-on and create every dish myself. A 5-day course would be ideal, preferably under £1000, and located in central London or the southeast. If you have any recommendations, I would greatly appreciate it!
