Millbank Tower

Does anyone have information about the recent lighting display at Millbank Tower?

There are X marks in every window, with lights coming from a tower on the south bank of the Thames, along with lasers shooting from both the base and the top into the sky. I couldn’t find any explanations online. It’s quite fascinating!
